Roa Swagdamdong

As of july 2021 it has been officialy 5 years since I went crazy for roa. I think this is a great little section to talk about what makes Roa so appealing to me, and how it all began, because I love talking my head off about those sort of things.
I remember when melty came out on steam, I was really into fighting games. I sucked ass at the actual gameplay aspect but I mostly just liked the designs. lol. still true to this day.. not much has changed.......tho I rememebr looking at meltyblood for a bit, and thinking to myself 'wow a figthing maid. Thats really cute!' and bought it on a sale.
Then, it sat in my inventory for a few weeks while i went to and from my job at the time at a summer camp. Well I had a day off and decided to try it out finally! I opened it up, went to arcade mode and picked..Warachia. He was the first one to stand out to me, lol. I remember taking pictures with my camera? for some reason? and then sending those pictures of my screen to my friend over skype, when i could have just took a fucking screen shot. Wild. But yeah I played his arcade mode for a bit but then. got to the roa scene. .. life changeing shit right there for my stupid emo ass. It has been a downward spiral ever since. Just look at this fucking webpage, this is where I'm at now. LMFAO
fun fact! for the longest time, i thought he was a werewolf, with wara being the vampire. fun fact 2, he should have been a fucking werewolf.
I always think its great how varied the nasuverse vampires are. Nero, Roa, Hime, Wara, these are all vampires but theyre all so different lol. it makes me smile. its all so cute!

Yknow I just thought about it, isnt it weird how ive been waiting for 5 years for a tsukihime/melty 2? It didnt feel that long, cuz im so used to eating literal scraps off the floor in any fandom i'm in, but its absolutely bonkers how people waited with baited breath for literal decades for it. I'm glad I got into tsukihime/MB when I did, because when I was into it, no one was there to fuck roa. And I'm sure even less were there to fuck roa back in the day. The only real roafuckers i met were JP, and while talking to them is an absolute joy I always felt a little alienated by the language barrier. twitblr fans are much more open to lewding the fuck out of anime guys in these sorta fandoms, and they were just. Never into tsukihime as much as they were there for fate and shit. Nature is healing tho, I'm already seeing some people (rightfully) hot for nero. I'm sure if I saw that back when I first started, I'd be a much different person now LOL.
